Business Schools worth getting an MBA from:
Stanford University, Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), University of Chicago (Booth), MIT (Sloan), Northwestern University (Kellogg), UC Berkeley (Haas), Columbia University, Dartmouth College (Tuck), University of Virginia (Darden), New York University (Stern), University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), Duke University (Fuqua), Yale University, UCLA (Anderson), Cornell University (Johnson), UT-Austin (McCombs), UNC-Chapel Hill (Kenan-Flager), Washington University St. Louis (Olin), Carnegie Mellon University (Tepper)
In that order. IU-Bloomington and Georgetown also have powerful alumni networks that may make getting a high powered career up-and-running easier, but they may not be worth it unless you plan on flexing your networking skills.
Unless you're trying to move up corporately or in a public service job, and MBA is probably not worth it.
