The Charlotte Bobcats have to consistently be a much better team than Chicago
Then on top of both of those unlikely scenarios, one other team would have to overtake chicago for them to miss the playoffs. And those teams are
Detroit 17-26
Cleveland 16-27
New york 16-27
Boston 15-30
Philly 14-29
And I didn't even mention Atlanta who is 2 games in front of Chicago right now, but lost Horford for the year
