I was watching that Suge/Ooops at work earlier today.
The thing about Suge is like he took things that he's already good it, & just amplified that shyt. The delivery, aggression, believability, etc is just nasty. He's at the point now where he can make damn near anything sound hot, which is very important to becoming top tier.
It also helps the he has a great rap voice, especially if your a fan of those classic gritty/grimey rap voices. I don't see how you can't fukk with what he's doing right now.
