Maybe if the DNC wasn't funnelling all their money in to hillarys pockets.....I mean charities, they'd have more.

They certainly raise more.

The Further
This is dumb. The RNC and DNC are being compared as if they're 1:1 organizations. The RNC raises money for both senate and house elections, as well as presidential elections, and that is even with the existence of the NRSC and NRCC. The DNC otoh deals with National (presidential) elections, with the DCCC and DSCC raising money for house and senate elections separate of the DNC. That's not to say that there are no problems with the way the DNC does business, but that doesn't make this comparison valid. If things are looking like this *after* the 2018 primaries (when they start to ramp up for the 2020 election) then it would be cause for concern. Right now, though?

Looking at the DCCC:

House Democrats are starting to outraise their Republican counterparts
