This morning the fvckery went down across the street from my apartment. I woke up to the sound of police and emergency sirens. I saw on my neighbor's feed that someone shot an off duty cop in the arm. The cop shot and killed the man with a bullet to the chest.

When I left to start my day much of the wahala went down. There were still some police vehicles but it was mostly local news at this point. Seemed like the perfect opportunity for a selfie. Here is the result of my handiwork:

North Avenue and Ashland arent usually BANG-BANG spots for Chicago....this is why this story is newsworthy. The areas in the West and Southsides are usually OPEN BUFFET for murders, but we've become accustomed to not having that action TOOOO MUCH up north. They make fun of the Blacks born and raised on the northside because we do not kill each other at the same rate . Now this is creeping up north, but I'm sure these cops are gonna hold it down for us halfway decent Chicagoans left.
