tipping = paying someone to do their job smh

heading back to usa soon and one thing i hate is tipping

why should i pay someone to do a job their getting paid for? and if its because they are low paid shouldn't the companies be pressured to pay them more instead of the customer? to top it of if you're underpaid get a better job or create a job for yourself.

also smh @ a waitress being okay for a tip, but the person standing up all day at mcdonalds not getting a tip.

long story short, tip = legal begging, fog tryna ask for more money

as i always say tipping is subsidizing the overhead, waitors and waitresses, bartenders etc. instead of making minimum wage would rather gamble making like 3-4 dollars a hour and then getting tips.

not only are you subsidizing the overhead, these selfish greedy folks, rarely ever declare their tips for tax purposes, bringing up cash every night living the life just as bad as a drug dealer imo.

i was in a ihop, waiter rude as shyt, dude name hector you can go find him if you live in mount vernon, ny. dude rude as shut, still expected a tip, told him take that shut off gave me the craziest look like i just stole. smh
