Vol. 2 Hard Knock Life doesnt deserve the hate it gets. The album is a classic.

It's not even the best of the Vol 1-3 albums. That belongs to #3, which I think is truly underrated
I'd say the first is the best. Intro/A Million and One Questions/Rhyme No More, Imaginary Player, Streets Is Watching, Friend or Foe '98, Rap Game/Crack Game, Where I'm From these collection of tracks are better than anything on Volume 2 or 3 IMO.

Volume 2
is his most commercial album, a large portion of the album sounds dated IMO today not too many timeless cuts on the album and Jay spit the weakest lyrics of his career to that point.

Reasonable Doubt
The Blueprint
The Black Album
The Dynasty
In My Lifetime Vol.1

Shout out to the S.Carter Collection mixtape :salute:

That's my top 5 Jay albums, I think people have to stop revising history and calling any of those Volume albums classic. They may have classic songs but as a whole none are classic.
