He was still looking for his sound sonically but lyrically he was expanding on the Chuck D/Cube/Ice T sound. Hell he dusted the last 2 on Strictly for My nikkas
I might take the argument that 2Pac Now is underwhelming on some tracks but NO way in Hell Strictly for My nikkas isn't a classic
