"It's 75% business and 25% talent!"- James Brown

"Rapping azz Nikkas ..ya better do numbers...I ain't gotta rap and still do numbers!!"- Young Jeezy

"The labels were like y'all could talk all this pro black stuff we don't care..we still make the dollars!"- Chuck D

"All those pro black artists were just talking rhetoric..nothing revolutionary...just based on the fact all of em were signed to White Jewish MASTERS...public enemy (sony\cbs)...xclan (MCA/Universal)....Krs One (jive\RCA"- The Honorable SKJ

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It started with the first official rap label Sugarhill Gang...

The African American Robinson family started Sugarhill when they accepted a LOAN from Jewish Genovese Mob family associate Morris Levy and it was a wrap for ALL OF US....THE CULTURE OF HIP HOP OFFICIALLY DIED

Russell Simmons owed Norby Walters and his muscle Colombo boss Michael Franceze for "favours" done for Run DMC and in turn had to hire Lyor Cohen from the west coast to run Rush mgmt and eventually take over Def Jam

The harlem based Sutton family owned WBLS home of the first commercial rap mix show (Rap attack) and the Apollo to mainstream corporate CONGLOMERATES

Black Mixtape deejays in the 90s missed out on global revenue when they sold Thier master copies to mixtape distributors like Tape Kingz in the Albee square mall in BK and Beat Street records on Fulton..whom were making $$$ mail order shipping these tapes across the nation and globe ...and the trend continues in the 2000s with Live mixtapes.com and Datpiff now eating off the streaming revenue

Egos and street conflicts and lack of discipline prevented black moguls (suge...jojo Capone...David Hyatt...Jprince..Diddy) from coming together to form a black owned distribution network

And this is the most glaring factor cause I seen it all the time while TRYING to conduct business with my people

Black "bosses" are unwilling to deal with the neccisity of paperwork and legalities like this dumbazz right here who let the white boy Jordan Tower finesse him out of 80k cause he failed to protect his Intellectual property and refuses to take him to court to stake his claim because he a "street n1gga and he don't fukk with the court system" smh

we loss ALL MUSIC cause we as black folks are not business minded... we also loss ourselves because we not business minded period.

Ray Charles was like pioneer for black musicians of owning his music, but decade after decade majority of black artist has become more focus on becoming white wash than anything... give up their music just so they can stay at the finest hotels in beverly hills, mid town manhattan, fly 1st class , money to buy what white people label as luxury cars, buy jason voorhies and chicken wing jewelry to put around their neck.. then start complaining about white people after the fact..

nikkas going to run up here and say all this white supremacy shyt, but ray charles in the late 50's and 60s gave nikkas a blueprint on how white labels and even black labels with that white people mindset will fukk you over, but as usual nikkas throw that shyt under the bed until it's too late and that electric is shut off

Exactly...

RAY CHARLES and JAMES BROWN and SAM COOKE had it way worst back then

They could t even use the dresser room at venues they performed had to get dressed a bus

Couldn't eat at a nice restaurant had to eat outside in the back

But yet they were MEN WHO BOSSED UP AND PUT ACTION BEHIND THIER WORDS AND MADE THINGS HAPPEN

JAMES BROWN SAID HE USE TO SHINE SHOES AND SING OUSTIDE OF AN AUGUSTA RADIO STAtion then turned around and Bought the station...

Ray Charles passed up a huge renegotiated signing bonus and advance to secure his OWN MASTERS!!

and he was Blind..what's our excuse..besides whining about the CRAKKKER azz Crakkers

Not just music...... We lost EVERYTHING because I dont think black people have what it takes to play the game of capitalism.... We aint ruthless enough.... We dont care enough.....

Black people literally are a permanent labor class around the world...... We give Every thing away for cheap then turn around and beg for opportunity from the same cacs we sold it to - who turn around and rape us financially

It gets me angry.

what's crazy with today's artist and even the 90s rappers, you always here them say " i was too young to know about the business " or " no one was there to teach me about the business "

But i'm like you sampling ray charles and jim brown music all the time and you say you sat and watch videos on them, how you didn't pick that part of their story up

Facts....

Carribeans and Africans are just as weak...

I seen dancehall artists and black dons settle for peanuts while the Chinese and English raped the dancehall biz

Can't blame anyone else. How many times do we have to lose to realize what is happening and construct a winning gameplan? Instead of working together to try to own something, you see these negroes giving up all that money to Arabs, Indians, Asians and whites by buying gaudy chains, countless cars, throwing money at these strippers, and yet when you try to point that out, apparently you are 'pocket-watching' or hating. The problem in the black community is that those with the wealth often prefer to own depreciating assets and undertake liabilities to 'floss and stunt' instead of owning appreciating assets.

I'm getting tired of all these sob stories because you have people trying to tell them what it is, but they drown it out in order to listen to their defenders screaming that pocket watching garbage. You have people trying to tell them that their reckless financial decisions is going to leave them broke down the line.

Just about everything blacks have created have eventually been overtaken by some other race and they are the ones making profits off of it. You can only feel sorry for so long before you need to step up and start taking the steps to start winning and to be in a mindset to own instead of stunting.

The problem really is that the big sums of our wealth are handed out to what are essentially the court jesters of the community, aka various forms of entertainers. A lot of them don't have the business savvy to know what to do to make their wealth last and they are surrounded by yes men encouraging them to drive off a financial cliff.

crazy thing is even if you aren’t business savvy with the internal workings you can hire someone to take care of that. the following applies to anything.. it’s how businesses work, fortune 500 companies etc

i work for a company that does processes for Blackhawk helicopter parts and makes shyt for planes and military air craft.. we’re getting a production mamager, we were without one. The owner has the money and is good with the numbers but in terms of working with clients? he’s awful and not a people person AT all. as long as you got money to start the shyt up and hire some people’s who are expertise in important areas you suck in or can’t do you’re good

majority of owners and GMs don’t know how to do production management and don’t know how to do what they pay us to do.. (carbon fiber vacuums bagging infusion) they don’t need to.. they just see the money pour in lol st the end of the day they own and control the shyt

and like i tell them...im protecting YOUR INTRESTS

and it's still happening today...........Big Fendi has been byatching all year about the whiteboy Jordan Tower finessing him out of 80k for some early Nikki Minaj footage that was actually Fendi's property that Tower went behind Fendi's back and sold to VH1 for a documentary....

Fendi claims "i don't deal with paperwork.....im a street n1gga...im about killing somebody when they steal from me..blah blah "

yet JORDAN TOWER is still walking freely and breathing well...........

see Negroes are all about rhetoric :umad:
