Lmao his approach put too much emphasis on just cranking out reps. You’ll burn calories that way but you won’t tax your muscles quite as much because when you care too much about number of reps performed within a time limit then the quality of them goes out the window. You can do that but do it after sets of controlled reps that use no momentum

Yeah if you lift weights its good to do for a warmup or last exercise for burnout

I do pushups or pullups when I wake up so i can have that pump before work
