Where has HL travelled to?

Thread idea came about cuz @Blackking said most people on here wouldn't care to travel to Europe which I had to laugh at.

Purpose of this thread is to see where you're at now and what places you've visited to determine how peoples perspectives on the world came about. I personally think the things you've seen and the places you've been greatly influence your world view.

List countries and states/cities that you've been to in your life.

Lived near Boston, MA for the last 22 years. Grew up in Russia until I was 6.

Argentina - Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls(Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina)
Israel - Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Masada, Dead Sea

Inside the US:
Cali - SD, LA, SF, PCH 1, Palm Springs, Lake Tahoe. Basically everywhere south of the Bay Area

Where have you guys been? Did visiting any of your places change your view on anything?

anyway... live in mid east little over two years, various locations.

Been to Germany as an adult, Ireland for 2 days,
Kuwait-iraq-afgan-qutar-UAE (all w military)
Mexico a bunch of times to a bunch of areas
PRico with a friend.
South africa for a volunteer thing with some cac who wanted to feel good about themselves

lived in Detroit, Austin TX, Jacksonville FL.

Been to dallas, houston, sanantonio TX, NYC, all over FL, Virginia Beach, DC, Seattle, .... some wack other places.


Believe it or not I've never been to Toronto. Also would like to go to Dominican Republic.

I learned that, unfortunately, most Americans are the same and stand out everywhere.... even if you don't like a certain type of american .... your ways, speech, and mannerism can be spotted all over the world because we a more similar than different.

i learn that asia has some awkward people. africa is on recovery mode and that the US is demonic.

How did you like Aussie and Japan? Those plus Thailand are on my Pacific dream vacation if I ever get a month or two that I can take to explore. My boy was working in Sydney for the past two years and said it was one of the most amazing places he's ever been. Said the girls were all 10's but all material goods were really expensive.

Did you find the situations/culture/etc in the Arab countries to be as you expected or was it different than the Western narrative that we've been fed?

New Zealand is fukking amazing- there's no question about it. Australia is too. If I wasn't so sold on global warming, I'd probably go and try and live there in the former with my relatives. It's a beautiful land.

Fiji on the other hand is more... Twisted. There's tourist Fiji and then there's the Fiji I associate with my family and shyt. And the latter is pretty dark and horrible
