No non Chinese holds any power... it’s a homogenous communist state... and makes for an extremely dubious, if not outright silly side by side comparisons.
They are also the worlds pollution leader and shouldn’t be looked up to in any positive way until they stop destroying the planet.(unless you don’t think globally warming is serious)
