Why Does Atlanta Not Attract More Big Name Free Agents??

I'm talking NBA mainly. Especially now when players are teaming up and forming "Super Teams". When folks actually come out to watch, Phillips Arena is one of the more unique atmospheres in the league due to the abundance of black faces in the crowd. I would think that players would love to play in front of there own instead of a sea of white faces. And I'm not gonna even mention the nightlife . Why is it that the "Black Mecca" ATL is never considered??

Yeah I was always curious of this myself if I was rich I'd be there or Miami or LA...

Atlanta is never thought about as a free agent destination when I think it should be also.

They've had playoff teams often enough. Had some of the most exciting players in the league and their attendance has been consistently mediocre.
