this time of year seems like there's always an outbreak of panhandling
soon as i pull into walmart i hear those damned bell ringers
a squad of hustlers lurking at the interstate offramp- taking donations for their "ministry"

this past weekend was the worst-
one guy was banging on car windows at the popeyes drive-thru
saying he was hiv positve and needed $2 to enter the shelter

then you get people e-begging because it's their birthday
