I think OP is saying peace of mind when he says "fulfilled...... basically you're content.

You can't buy peace of mind and everything in this world is designed to rob you of it so I'll take that and i wouldn't have to think hard about it.

Ironically peace of mind would transform you into a person who couldn't care less about the material items of this world and hence wouldn't really need a lot of money to feel happiness.

You're happiness/ fulfillment would come from within.
