Thinking about getting a sport bike. how easy is it to learn to ride, can u learn in a day?

I'm used to the big booty girlfriend riding on a guy's motorcycle. But would you be comfortable with a dude riding like that. I saw this today and to be honest, it was my first time seeing 2 dudes ride on the same bike.
