poor blacks in the hood

I was gonna make this thread once I came from work, but I'll make it now before I go. From a person that's never lived in the ghetto I've visited there and know what it's like. Anyway, the rich & government (crooked not all) put Blacks in the ghetto (Italian word), so they could exploit them...
