rotten eggs

I just cracked a rotten egg.. ugh. Its my third encounter witha rotten egg. I havent smelt a decayed human body, (knock on wood), for anyone who has is it more or less like an animal carcas? The worst smells to me have been: - rotten eggs of course. - blood - that metalic smell makes me gag...
