Every week, McIntyre would taunt Cody, asking commentators such as Wade Barrett, Joe Tessitore, and Michael Cole about “medical updates,” fully knowing the uncertainties around Rhodes’ health. Last week, McIntyre was shocked to see the return of the “American Nightmare,” running for his life from the Undisputed WWE Champion. To no one’s surprise, Cody Rhodes is out for blood, and he will get his pound of flesh at Wrestlepalooza. This Friday, the champions speak for the first time since coming back. After defeating Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley to retain the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship on NXT, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss will put their title on the line against Chelsea Green and Alba Fyre. Several weeks ago, Green and The Secret Hervice launched a sneak attack on Flair and Bliss prior to their title showdown and injured The Queen. The ambush resulted in Bliss defeating Green one-on-one, but The Queen is back and looking for retribution.
