That's not a TSC narrative, that is a 100% fact that even HHH himself alludes to 2002-2007 Was HHH's 'Back To The Midcard For You' Tour. He spent that entire time wiping out the roster to build a legacy for himself just cause he wasn't THE man during Attitude, with Stone Cold, The Rock, and Mankind all being more beloved by the fans than he has ever been.
