Just means more people going to be doing this ransom type of shyt depending on how much they steal. I've noticed depending on how big the total is, determines if shyt will catch some heat. They have a hard ass time cashing out after a lot of people are all flagging an account for theft. This is a happy medium for them. Net 6 figures and give people money back on some, "It's better than not getting nothing"
