The west has, one better team that will go hard with talent than the east does, the spurs ...and the wizards and c's can bring that drama at times....but the rest of the west teams are garbage compared to the cavs and warriors and spurs for that matter......the cavs would dominate in the west just as GS and San Antonio does.

This is because he's such a bad defender that Celtics couldn't hold leads so he had to play most 4th Quarters in order for them to win.
