UConn men got a top 10 recruiting class in bball coming in next year and the women have still been pulling in the #1 class since the AAC's formation. Right now the biggest reason they need to get out is because of the revenue streams, the power 5 conference TV deals are killing the group of 5's(which the AAC is apart of). But again, UConn can't just up and move to a conference, they gotta be positioned well(aka the football program needs to level up) for the next round of expansion.agreed, Men's B-ball too. to think a few years ago they were the national champs now they don't get the luxury of telling recruits they get to play in a premiere conference.
