I am not trying to be accusatory or anything, but I am going to say it. I don't think that the cops were paying close enough attention to Herb Baumeister. All that I am saying is that if your police department has 4 officers and your town has 10,000 people living in it and 9,995 of those people just happen to mysteriously disappear and you know the 4 officers are not involved; then you would kind of have to believe that Herb might know something. That is all that I am saying.
