There's a video somewhere where Hogan says something like "I always put people over if I had to, towards the end of my career I lost more than 50% of my matches, I rarely won a match".

That 2002 return run where he was jobbing all the time is kinda true.
Lost to Rock
Beat Triple H for the belt but lost to Taker the next month and Triple H got his win back on Smackdown
Tapped out to Angle at King of the Ring
Won the Tag belts with Edge but lost it the next week to Lance Storm and Christian
Lost to Big Show and Benjamin and Haas in the 6 man tag
And Lost to Rock again
And then his only singles match in TNA he lost to Sting
So I guess yeah kinda true?

I dont know about 50% but he was definetly losing more often and given how he was built before that must have been weird.
