Most of those people were already over BEFORE feuding with HHH.

Kevin Nash was part of the biggest stable in wrestling history before feuding with HHH.

Kane had been over well before his feud with HHH, hell Kane was world champ before HHH even got close to the title.

Orton was able to get himself over as a heel on multiple occasions and every time HHH buried him.

Carlito was over until he got sent to Raw and buried like everybody else did during that mid 2000's period.

Scott Steiner was over and could had stayed over if they hadn't rushed him back to the ring and HHH didn't bury him during their feud.

The only people on that list that HHH genuinely tried to get over but couldn't were Reigns, Koslov, and Khali.
