Nah there's a difference between disciplining a child and abusing a child. What was discribed in that article was abuse. If he was going around saying he liked boys his parents should've told him he is too young to be liking anybody. What they did to those kids was disgusting

It remains unclear why the alleged deadly abuse of Anthony occurred, though DCFS officials have suggested it could be because of Anthony’s perceived sexuality after he allegedly stated that “he liked boys.” Another theory was that Anthony was father by a man other than Leiva, unlike Barron’s other children.
Anthony’s uncle David Barron — who is Heather Barron’s brother — previously told PEOPLE he doesn’t know if his sister or her boyfriend knew whether Anthony told others he “liked boys.” But he says that the widespread abuse in the home that authorities allege seemed to point to something more endemic.

Well when you read about it not being isolated you should have caught the bolded too. But instead you thought it would be better to spin this story into one about the parents abusing the child because he was gay.
