Get Mike Shula fired or ask for a trade.
I know learning a new offense that has actual pro concepts instead of the same stuff he's been running since college might be difficult for his little peanut brain but that simple shyt be getting his ass killed. Dude is slowing down already. You can tell all those hits he's taken all these years are adding up. It's clear the Panthers don't know how to build a team that allows him not to have to do everything to succeed. Either Shula has to go and a new offense needs to be installed or he needs to go to a team that has good offensive personnel.
