So she delivered in the toilet or nah?

The issue isn’t how the baby died - it’s that allegedly she delivered outside of the bathroom, dumped the corpse in the toilet, tried to flush it down the toilet, and then left it when she was unsuccessful.

Why would she try to flush it down the toilet? For prosecutors they are arguing she was trying to hide the pregnancy. The two hospital visits don’t result really men anything - did she visit an obstetrician after learning she was pregnant?

Idk there are questions here. If you miscarry a fetus you probably shouldn’t just flush it down a toilet at 22 weeks. You should probably at least report it to your doctor also. Did she do that?
