10K budget for a car....advice?

automatic
atleast 28 hwy mpg
less than 30k miles


Am I asking for to much with my price range? Would I better off increasing my budget for a 13/14 year car or maybe even new?

hit up autotrader and CL and put in what you're looking for and I guarantee tons of listings'll pop up.

*edit* less than 30k miles for under $10k... that's stretching the search a bit.

What ya'll think. Drove the Sentra before...not the flashiest, but did it's job. Plus these come with Hertz warranty. I'll be putting 2K down and around 230 a month for 2 years. So'll I'll have a 12/13 payed off in 2017.

Well, I rented a Sentra for a business trip. It was fine.
Not fine as in Mya G , but fine as in it didn't give me any problems and drove easily through highway and city traffic.

It would be hard to find a V6 with low fuel efficiency in your price range and mileage. You could try to find an older BMW 325 with an inline 6 but the mileage will be high.

the again with even 13k your mileage criteria is going to be hard. If you can afford 3k more and look at cars with 50k miles then you would be good.
