Ok so in order for this final run not have been a huge fumble they need to either find a way to make the final match against someone you never expected like Edge
Have the rock come back and speak on the soul business
Or have a young fresh face beat him, go on to win the rumble then beat Cody at mania. If not Bronn then someone currently in nxt or that just got called up. Someone that’s never had a belt on the main roster.
I don’t think they can pull either of that off right now because they have shown they don’t really have a plan for his last match and just want to throw out a “dream match”

Smart thing would been for Paul to team with Punk in the coming weeks in earning his trust and possibly pulling the trigger later on having the crowd believe Jey or Paul is really the mole.
