The stomp did cause Randy to bleed, but something got in between his head and the table, maybe an object left on it or something. Clearly the table didn't but the objects did.
When Ambrose jumped from the barricade, his face collided with the side of Cesaro's head. His teeth caused the gash on Cesaro's head. I found a video of the match and Ambrose reacted by touching his teeth after it happened.
