What made Sabonis so good under Mike Brown was his screening ability and utilization of dribble handoffs.

He's not Jokic level but Sabonis is a really good passer.
I just can't defend him anymore.

To be fair Towns is a good passer.

yeah but screening passes helps the ball handler get separation to make their driven easier once they get ball. Even if they don't get separation the defender is behind them making it foul bait if he pulls up. Its why he use to eat at the line with IHart. Motherfukkers said Brunson was foul hunting but it that was all his defenders could do after they got over the screen.
