Granted, George W Bush was a complete moron who dropped the ball, however, Barack Obama decided to take the troops out of Iraq too soon now the country is in complete hell as a result.

I'm not an Obama fan, but you know what it's called when you place foreign troops in another's person's sovereign state against their wishes? Occupation. Granted, I wouldn't have pulled them out myself (you break it, you buy it), but Iraq didn't re-up allowing American troops to stay in Iraq. So it's kind of a stretch to blame Obama when the Iraqi government didn't want them to be there any longer.
