shyt is horrible crime and should not be taken lightly. A rapist if found guilty should be locked up forever......a woman who lies about it should also be locked away forever.

Rape is definitely a horrible occurrence for anyone to go through when it really happens. It can change a personal physically and mentally and seems to have the same stigma as PTSD. But, I've heard of and instance at my brothers school where a female told the same lie afree she was failing and about to lose her scholarship and she received money and help after later the guilt eating away she told the truth and it was because she was slacking and couldn't handle the pressure of college life. And of course she said it was a black guy so I don't even want to know how that campus treated some of the foreign exchange African guys or any black guy walking on campus to see their relative/party. Not to mention during our ancestors slavery times and after where the "white woman raped" and they would go on lynching adventures through nearby towns over a lie. RIP to those innocent lives whether it be in the ground or hung from trees or in the cells.
