I used to intern at a law firm. The first time I went to the courthouse there was a girl there all the lawyers were buzzing about. She was 13 years old and her mother was having her declared "unruly and incorrigible," if i remember correctly. This was during the summer. They had moved there in December and in those six months she had gone from being a virgin to having 23+ sex partners (her counselor refused to state the exact number).
It's just the culture of this town. People tend to develop very casual or reckless attitudes about sex early on through "peer pressure." Plus there was no one around to discourage her behavior; the girl lived with just her mother and since her mother worked late shifts, the girl was left by herself for most of the day when she got home from school. It was like blood in the water to boys in her part of town. The only reason she had been caught was because her neighbors saw boys literally lined up outside her window one night (some of them 16+) and called the cops.

The prettiest girls have done the most. Especially of the 14-25 year old catagory. Only the true naive are walking around thinking different.
this is the parents fault. If you don't know your 12 year old is fukking, you lost as a parent.
