I do not like seeing 14 yr olds out that late. I work down the street from there and I know for a fact it was drinking and smoking going on. Plus I bet you it was dudes in their 20s tryna smash some of them young females.There's so much wrong with this

14 year old at a party at 2am… There is a serious discipline and parenting issue within our community because this isn’t the first time I’ve heard a news story exactly like this coming out of Chicago and other cities.
I just saw a video on Facebook where a dude went live after the incident. Lil 15 yr Olds tryna square up with a police officer
The cop had restraint, but that also showed bad parenting that them kids would even think to do that shyt smh
No joke there was one time I was 15 and at a breh's house just trying to finish our algebra 2 final project and my mom got me at 11:45 all pissed off that I had even stayed that long. My parents never woulda let me stay out past midnight at that age for any reason whatsoever.

Seemed like parents cared more back then.
The fact that these kids are teenagers, let's me know the parents are mostly 40 and under, and we're probably "turnin' up" somewhere else around town during that same time. We also got a lot of parents being "peers" to their children.
