journaling is underrated. it's associated with teen girls but journaling really helps with being on point and doing the shyt you said you was going to do.

Helps you live with intention instead of just walking around in a fog reacting off impulses and desires

Are you just doing a stream of thought when you journal? Is it something you do at the end of the day?

Some of these overlap with my job (reading, current events, podcast, prof. Development).

Others I do because I find a real high correlation between me actually doing it and how my day goes.

Morning routine - stretch, skim Twitter lists I complied of news, meditate, coffee /water vitamins/ write down my daily goals and an affirmation/ something nice I want to do for someone else.

Before bed - stretch, meditate, journal about my day, what I liked what I didn’t what I could have done better.

Meditation could be a ~20 guided one or me just focusing on my breathe for a couple minutes. I’m human so there are days I skip some aspects of it but generally I hit more often than not.

I’d throw stretching in there, preferably yoga. Completely different from exercise if done right

Only if you work 24hrs a day. If you don’t, there’s a lot of hours during the day you can do all of it plus work 8/9 hrs a day.

If ypu spend 30 minutes on each of these you're looking at over 7 hours(debatable if 30 minutes is enough for some of these). So with that and work you're looking at around 8 hours to sleep and do other necessities(using a 9 hour workday cause you have to account for lunch). Some of these I agree that you should be doing everyday but to say you should be doing all of them everyday is not realistic.

There’s no need to spend 7hrs on this. The longest is probably exercise which for me is about 1.5hrs. I meditate twice a day, 10mins each which is all I need. I read the daily news on my phone on my lunch break at work. I read a book for at least 45mins in the evenings. Nutrition is simply that; eating right throughout the day. Etc etc.

Anyway this shyt isn’t easy, it takes extreme discipline which most people simply don’t have. After work instead of going to the gym, they’ll go straight home and hop on PlayStation or Netflix for hours, order a pizza then masturbate before going to bed.
