I think something similar in TnT happened awhile back, where there was a movement to get young people to vote. This indian party took power because the black youth didn't vote and Indians/Muslims yutes usually vote for who their parents tell them too.

I think that’s pretty reasonable. And in fact arguably too young (lifespans were much shorter during ratification). As for local office it’s usually 18-25. We already have a petulant boss baby as our sitting CIC so it’s probably for the best that we mitigate risks.

And kids ain’t getting licenses. You’re referring to a driver’s permit. Nowhere is it legal for a permit-holder to drive alone .

and yes the drivers permit thing is a feature down south but still you can get your license at 16 & 17 in alot of southern states... thats a big deal..
