Oh, I didn't link anything. I think you accidentally added me to the quote? And my point about not knowing what Obama was, I was actually talking about most presidents in general, you never know what they truly believe because most are damn near required to adopt a religion before running for office. I think 40-50% of the US population still believes in a god, so not begin able to appeal to that % would be a big deal. Also, I wasn't implying that Obama was a Muslim, I only suggested a possible typo because his father (same name) was a Muslim.

Ahh ok, my bad. We're actually in agreement somewhat but I think I confused you with the OP

His stepfather was muslim. And Shaquille is a muslim name.

He doesn't talk about it a lot but he's mentioned it before. Specifically to other muslim players in the NBA like Hedo Turkoglu.

I thought Shaquille was a made up AA name. Unless a more direct Arabic to English spelling is "Shakeel"..then I get it.
