The robbers forcibly took the teen’s cellphone, sneakers, hat, debit card and ID cards. Police have asked for help identifying them.

After watching that clip, I think all of those "bystanders" and the gunmens' are in a gang together. All teens/young adults and a cac just randomly pulled out their phones and recorded while huddled up around the gunmens' during a robbery. Anybody else would have got shot.
