Really sad...so many questions and it's tough to know the family will be suffering with long term pain and confusion

coli brehs if you feel like youve reached the end and wanna commit that.
talk to someone.
even if its on here.

props because you seem genuine, but we can't encourage any social media based therapies, especially during the clout chase epidemic
Folks in need are responsible to get professional help. Those not in need, should encourage seeking professional help only
...not trying to derail thread. We also need to push for assisted suicide legislation. It allows for closure, bookkeeping, and peacefulness, no guilt

It’s cliche for folks to say reach out when you’re depressed. If you’ve ever been depressed to the point of suicide, you would know that asking for that might as well be like asking them to climb Mt Everest. You think no one cares and that your burdens are too big.

Moreso, I would say if you see someone exhibiting depressive traits, check in with them and see what’s going on. Learn to observe behaviors. If you see them self medicating on hard drugs, talk to them.

but most people don’t know how to help. All that “it’s gonna be ok” and pull yourself up talk only goes so far.

this is spoken from a survivor. This time last year I was committed after an episode and being committed literally saved my life and taught me how to communicate better, develop an action plan to deal with the depressed shyt, and know I have people who actually care about me
