Drake isn't a defendant over botting accusations for the same reason Kendrick wasn't a defendant. Nobody is accusing them personally of botting, they're saying Spotify (and UMG) botted on their behalf.

They can cry all they want but this is just a bigger, more dramatic version of what happened to Meek. McDonalds and all types of companies were hopping on the bandwagon to clown Meek. Drake had memes on screen during OVO Fest. Everyone found that shyt funny and understandably so given how pathetic Meek's performance was in the beef.
