Ok fine she may have to replace the items she threw away but anything BEYOND that... that nikka was a dumbass I heard of this story a while back and dude got put on had a decent job and STILL wnt back to jail multiple times and each time they set the bail at millions knowing she'd bail his dumbass out!!! how you that much of a fukk up???

Whatever belonged to him, belonged to him regardless of who bought it for him. She had an obligation to act in his best interest, so she has to account for any loss suffered as a result of her breaching that duty.

maybe not, other articles said the property was in her name, he filed outside of the statue of limitations, and they served the lawsuit to a “3rd party”.

They said Holmes — who has lived in Washington state for “several years” — was never properly served with the lawsuit, which was given to a third party in Shallotte “who does not live with Holmes and who has no authority to accept service of process on Holmes’ behalf,” the motion to dismiss says.

Defense attorneys also said the lawsuit was filed outside the three-year statute of limitations, which expired last year, and that McDow never legally owned the property in question, worth more than $1.4 million.
