My personal take?
I’m pretty sure many cities in America should be above Las Vegas, such as DC, Miami, San Fran, Seattle, Denver etc.
It also looks like the “chiraq” term hasn’t hurt Chicago as much from a visitors point of view since people like to drag it.
Overall the list seems to be a list more dedicated to tourism and things to do and see as a visitor (Just pointing this out before anyone comes here with their cheap housing arguments).
