He made the mistake of telling the cops that he's been smoking just as he was about to be let go
Second mistake was he started running then stopped, drew a gun and started shooting at the police officer.
Why couldn't he just keep running? It didn't look like the police officer was going to go after him. He would have faired better that way.

The cop gave him a lot of leeway, but he fukked up when he said there was weed in the bag. Even then the cop wasn't going to chase him, he could have ran and tossed the gun in the bushes.He made the mistake of telling the cops that he's been smoking just as he was about to be let go

I said it in the other thread but I think the cop just wanted to get him in an open/less crowded space before conducting a search…if so then he definitely made the right call cuz this idiot would’ve probably let off in the mall if the cop tried to search his bag on the spot…but I have a hard time believing a cop would stop someone who’s drinking in public and not ask about the contents of the bag/not search it unless it was a white guy lol
Cop didn’t have to ask to search his bag right as he gets to the door to get out of there…he could have just let breh go about his day
