Which year had more 4 1/2 mics or better albums.

'96 had All eyez on me, Makaveli, Reasonable doubt, The score, Atliens, Ironman, it was written. .......etc

'98 It's dark and hell is hot, flesh of my flesh, capitol punishment, Aquemini, Miseducation of Lauryn hill, Vol2 etc......
