1999 vs thriller

Not a good comparison...comparing MJ's greatest work to a good Prince album in 1999. Should've compared Thriller to Purple Rain for a better debate

Thriller. To be honest, I don't care all that much for Prince's music.

Both are great. I actually prefer 1999 but Thriller is, well, Thriller. 1999 might be Prince's best album besides SOTT.

I'm a prince fan but thriller is better than 1999 and purple rain but mj has not I repeat has not made a sign o the time yet

the dangerous album is arguably mikes sign o the times

But i agree purp is a better comparison to thriller. You can tell prince made a concentrated effort to outdo thriller with that album

Even on a track by track basis. When doves cry being track number 6 when billie jean was track 6 on thriller
