2 Chainz Arrested in Oklahoma After Tour Bus Stop

TMZ reported earlier today that a bus connected to Lil Wayne’s tour was embroiled in a standoff with police in Oklahoma when the bus was stopped but the driver refused to allow authorities to board the vehicle. There was some speculation at the time that 2 Chainz, who is also on the tour, might be aboard. That speculation is now confirmed as TMZ reports that the rapper was arrested after cops obtained a search warrant to search the bus and found an unspecified amount of an unknown drug. Chainz and 11 other passengers were arrested on charges of “interfering with the police process”.

The funniest detail about this whole incident has to be that the cops towed the bus with everybody still inside while they waited on their warrant to arrive. You’ve gotta applaud 2 Chainz and company for so adamantly resisting arrest defending themselves against illegal search and seizure. Looks like 2chainz got that target on his back now. I'm not surprised though. Once local police find out that a rap tour with Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz is in town I'm sure they figure if they can get a warrant to search their buses they are sure to find some drugs or guns or both...
