This is unfortunate news. I had a female friend that was killed in a hit and run two years ago around this same time of year by a red car as well. 
Like how fukked up of a person you really have to be to hit someone with your car and keep driving like nothing happened? I know I done that plenty of times on GTA, but this is beyond fukked up.
